Failure to complete KYC verification may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges.

GCash and PayMaya deposits are typically credited to your aaavip account within minutes of confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the sending bank. aaavip is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.
aaavip may impose minimum and maximum deposit limits at its discretion. Players may also set personal deposit limits through their account settings as part of aaavip's responsible gaming tools. Once a deposit limit is set, it cannot be increased for a cooling-off period of at least 24 hours.
Withdrawals are available to players who have completed KYC verification and whose accounts are in good standing. aaavip reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending verification or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity.

aaavip offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses awarded by aaavip are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier will be clearly stated in the promotion terms. For example, a bonus with a 20x wagering requirement means the bonus amount must be wagered twenty (20) times before a withdrawal can be requested.
aaavip reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings, and to suspend or close accounts, where it determines that a player has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using low-risk betting strategies to meet wagering requirements, colluding with other players, or any other conduct designed to exploit aaavip's promotional offers.
Bonuses that are not claimed or used within the stated validity period will expire automatically. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated. It is the player's responsibility to review and comply with all bonus terms before claiming any offer.
aaavip reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already claimed and in active use, except where aaavip determines that fraud or abuse is involved.
aaavip's game library is subject to change without notice. Games may be added, modified, or removed at any time. aaavip does not guarantee the continuous availability of any specific game or game provider.
In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or system failure that affects the outcome of a game, aaavip reserves the right to void the affected game round and refund the wager to the player's account. Malfunction voids all pays and plays. aaavip will not be liable for any losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond the refund of the affected wager.
If a player is disconnected from the Platform during an active game round, the game will continue according to its programmed rules. aaavip is not responsible for losses resulting from disconnection caused by the player's internet service provider, device, or local network conditions.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of aaavip.
The aaavip name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of aaavip. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use aaavip's trademarks, trade names, or other proprietary designations.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, aaavip, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:
aaavip's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your aaavip account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude aaavip's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
You may close your aaavip account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining balance in your account (after deduction of any applicable bonus amounts subject to wagering requirements) will be returned to your verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Where an account is terminated due to a breach of these Terms, aaavip reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance and void any pending withdrawals pending investigation.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of a dispute between you and aaavip, you agree to first contact aaavip's customer support team to attempt to resolve the matter informally. aaavip will endeavor to respond to all formal complaints within five (5) business days.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, either party may refer the matter to PAGCOR's dispute resolution process. You agree that the courts of the Philippines shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute that cannot be resolved through the above processes.
aaavip reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, aaavip will notify registered players via email or through a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where practicable.
Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account before the effective date of the changes.
